Features, supported regions, duration, deliverables, and prices are confirmed on the relevant order page, invoice, or written proposal.
2. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account and billing information, maintain the security of your account, and promptly provide any information or access reasonably required to deliver the service.
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use a virtual phone number or any other service for fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, evasion of platform rules, unauthorized account access, or any activity that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.
3. Virtual phone numbers and SMS
Virtual phone number availability depends on region, inventory, carrier rules, verification requirements, and third-party providers. A number may be replaced, suspended, or withdrawn if required by a carrier, regulator, provider, or applicable law.
The virtual phone number service is provided for receiving SMS online as described in your order. If the delivered number does not work or does not receive SMS as described, contact customer support for technical assistance or request a refund under our Refund Policy.
4. SEO and digital marketing
SEO and marketing services may include audits, recommendations, optimization, content strategy, campaign planning, setup, and reporting as stated in your order. Search engines, advertising networks, and social platforms are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, advertising approval, or a specific commercial result.
5. Orders, prices, and payment
All purchases are one-time payments. We do not offer subscription-based or recurring payments. The price is communicated before purchase. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you select for the agreed amount. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the law requires us to collect them.
We may pause work or access when a payment is overdue, reversed, disputed, or suspected to be fraudulent.
6. Delivery and support
Services are delivered digitally. We aim to deliver the purchased service within 7 calendar days after confirmed payment. If it is not delivered within that period, you may request a refund.

7. Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel an order before the service is delivered by emailing [email protected]. If payment has already been made, the cancellation refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy. After delivery, the order cannot be cancelled, but eligible service-quality refund rights continue to apply.
8. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of material you provide to us and confirm that you have the right to use it. Unless your written proposal states otherwise, you may use final, paid project deliverables for your business. Felixtech LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing processes, templates, tools, know-how, and general methods.
9. Suspension and termination
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service when necessary to address unlawful or abusive activity, protect customers or providers, comply with legal or carrier requirements, resolve non-payment, or prevent security risks. When practical, we will explain the reason and offer an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided with reasonable care but may depend on third-party networks and platforms outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felixtech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
